Andy co-founded Beyond Zero, after twelve years working in construction and holding national health and safety roles for Bovis Lend Lease and Carillion plc.
He has managed safety on a cross-section of projects including leisure, medical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, nuclear and military facilities; and major retail developments such as the Trafford Centre in Manchester. Andy has also played a leading role in developing industry wide safety initiatives.
He has travelled extensively, overseeing the health and safety for major projects in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Romania and even the Falkland Islands.

Geoff has more than 30 years experience in the power generation and nuclear industries in operational, maintenance, training and project management roles. For the past few years he has provided a health and safety consultancy services to major construction clients and is a co-founder of Beyond Zero. Geoff has overseen safety on major demolition projects, industrial and electrical installations, retail, hospital, and educational facilities. He has also worked on projects in Eastern Europe.
With a strong background in training and teambuilding, Geoff is experienced in developing strategies and training programmes to help companies build excellent teams that can achieve excellent results.

| Stephen Coppin - Director Safety and Sustainability |

Stephen is a specialist in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and sustainability. He is highly experienced in delivering safety, sustainability, and planning supervision support to both the public and private sector. In his previous role as the head of EHS for Lend Lease Projects, the consultancy business of Bovis Lend Lease, he provided corporate and operational safety, and sustainability support in construction, design project management and facilities management. He also carried overall responsibility for their CDM co-ordinators.
Stephen is an innovator who is highly regarded on a national level for his work. He devised the Occupational Health & Safety, and Sustainability Strategy for the Department of Work and Pensions Jobcentre Plus Rollout Programme. This included a groundbreaking behavioural change training programme which was endorsed by Health & Safety Minister Lord McKenzie.

Peter has 38 years of global health and safety experience, including 23 years at senior management level. He has a strong background in international projects, including construction, civil engineering, mineral extraction and water utilities. He has also worked as a senior auditor for the British Safety Council.
Peter is a great communicator with an analytical approach to problem solving and accident investigation. He is an appointed expert witness for the Health and Safety Executive and other authorities. Peter brings a wealth of experience to the Beyond Zero team along with a proven track record in safety and team management.

Mark has over 30 years' experience in the construction, petrochemical and power generation covering operational, project management and health and safety roles. He is one of the UK's leading work at height specialists. Mark is an accomplished trainer on this subject and gives companies expert advice on how to prevent falls during work at height activities.
Mark has a wide experience of managing health and safety for construction projects including petrochemical, industrial, leisure and commercial facilities.

Richard has worked for twenty two years as a health and safety professional, and has thirty six years experience in the construction industry. He has held senior safety positions for major companies such as Bovis Lend Lease, Johnstone Construction and Wimpey.
He is an excellent trainer and has used his specialist knowledge to help bring real results for clients by changing the mindset of organisations and individuals to promote safe working behaviour.
Richard has a wealth of experience in devising and successfully implementing Safety Management Systems (SMS). He has extensive experience working overseas in the European sector to audit systems and help maintain and develop a positive safety culture on a variety of projects including retail developments, restoring historic buildings, telecommunications and marinas.
